We get our fresh watermelon delivered direct from Milano, full of the flavours of Italian summer sunshine. We mix it with your choice of either Finlandia Vodka or Tanqueray Gin and add a splash of Martini Dry!
And, join us from 3pm until 6pm every Sunday to Friday for our famous Aperitivo Hour and enjoy free chips and olives with your cocktail!

In the month of June we’ve kept your favourites and added a few new seasonal flavours including fresh broad beans, Gorgonzola Dolce and Dublin Bay prawns.

Regular Centotre guest and member of the Edinburgh Digital & Creative Coffee Morning, Bettina was the closest to guess the weight of our watermelon with a guess at 23kg! The actual weight of the melon was 19.57 kilos.
Bettina wins a cocktail of her choice for her and a guest.
